Joining the waitlist gives you early access to upcoming availability. To save your spot, simply complete the application and submit the required fees:
Placement on the waitlist requires completion of all application steps, including signing required documents, submitting guarantor information, and paying all applicable fees.
You’ll pick and rank up to three floor plans (or just one if you already have a favorite). If one of your choices opens up, we’ll reach out with an offer. You will have 72 hours from the time we send the offer email to the address on your application. If we do not receive your written acceptance within 72 hours, we will proceed to the next person. We may also attempt to contact you by phone/text as a courtesy, but email controls the response window.
If the desired floor plan becomes available and you decline the offer, the $500 fee will not be credited/refunded. If none of your ranked floor plans becomes available by the end of the waitlist period (late August 2026) and you elect not to lease a different available option, the $500 waitlist fee will be refunded.
If you move forward with a lease, the $500 fee will be credited to your account after move- in. Please note, this credit cannot be applied toward your first month’s rent or any upfront charges required prior to move-in, and it will not be issued until after you have taken occupancy.
Planning to live with roommates? They’ll need to join the waitlist separately and complete their own applications. You’ll also list them on yours so we can match everyone up. Whole-unit holds are not permitted.
Please note that joining the waitlist does not guarantee a lease, as availability is based on current resident decisions and leasing activity, with final availability expected to be clearer around late August 2026. Prompt communication is essential, and failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in losing your waitlist opportunity.
